1996年、2人組ユニット「GANASIA」(ガネーシア)でビクターエンタテインメントよりデビュー。解散後は、楽曲提供やPENICILLINのギタリスト千聖の
ソロのキーボードで全国ツアーに参加後、尾澤拓実名義でカプコンセルピュータよりソロデビューを果たす。
現在はボーカル「シト」とのユニット「ReReGRAPHICS」の活動の傍ら、アーチストへの楽曲提供やアレンジを始め、
ゲーム『Disney Twisted-Wonderland』、TVアニメ『マギア・レコード魔法少女まどか☆マギカ外伝』『ディバインゲート』、
『DisneyTwisted-Wonderland THE ANIMATION』、実写映画『神☆ヴォイス』、 NHK BSドラマ『ダブルトーン ~2人のユミ~』などの劇伴音楽、
特撮ドラマ『ウルトラマンブレーザー』OP主題歌、舞台音楽『劇団スーパー・エキセントリック・シアター』を手掛けるなど、ジャンルを問わず幅広く活動している。
In 1996, he debuted with the duo GANASIA from Victor Entertainment. After the group disbanded, he provided songs and participated in a national tour as the keyboardist for guitarist Chisato's solo band, PENICILLIN.
He then made his solo debut under the name Takumi Ozawa from Capcom Cel Computer.
In addition to working with vocalist Shito of the unit ReReGRAPHICS, he currently provides and arranges songs for artists and is active in various genres,
including the soundtracks for the game Disney Twisted-Wonderland, the TV anime Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, Divine Gate, Disney Twisted-Wonderland THE ANIMATION,
the live-action film Kami Voice, the NHK BS drama Double Tone: Futari no Yumi, the opening theme for the special effects drama Ultraman Blazer, and the stage music for the Super Eccentric Theater.
